Roles: System administrator

What is it, and why do you need it?

What is Admin for?

With enterprise software it's common to wait for a consultant even for the smallest setting, and to leave permissions wide open so that "everyone can see everything"; in an audit, nobody can explain who accessed what.

The Admin app puts the role and level matrix, cash desk and account permissions, approval routes and business rules in the administrator's hands. Access review periods and the record change trail keep it audit-ready.

Scope: Runs system administration such as users, permissions, definitions, security, integrations and master data governance.

Sub-modules

Admin: 9 sub-modules

This list is generated from the product itself; it grows as new functions are added to a sub-module. Master data and settings are the shared ground of every module and are not counted as sub-modules.

Organization

  • LocationsDefines address points (plant, customer, dealer, kiosk) for routes and shipments and shows them in the map view with type, geofence circle, and contact; does not hold stock, and the location field on the plant card links here.
  • Go-Live CockpitShows the seven steps of rolling the system out in the company at a glance — business scale, business structure, master data, prerequisites, opening balances, data quality and the shadow period; each step is measured on its own screen and takes you there.
  • Business StructureBuilds the sales structure from plain questions — what is sold (product groups), where each company sells, which location goods ship from, who sells and whether the companies buy from each other; the system sets up the sales organisation, channel, division, sales area, sales office and group in the background.
  • Organization OverviewShows a summary of the company, location, and organization structure.
  • Business ScaleSets the business scale (people, branches and companies) as a level; the screens opened in the menu grow step by step with the level. The setup interview suggests the level, the first-day menu and company settings together.
  • CompaniesDefines and manages group companies (company codes); trading partners that represent the counterparty in intercompany transactions are on a tab of the same screen.
  • Plant Master DataDefines plants (manufacturing facility · branch); storage locations, purchase orders, and stock valuation are linked to the plant. This is the first step when opening a new location.
  • Organizational UnitsDefines the organisational units of the corporate structure: sales organisation, distribution channel, division, sales area, sales office and group; purchasing organisation and group.
  • Reference DataInventory of the standard reference lists that ship with the product: source, version, standard and company row counts, status; each list is managed on its own screen.
  • CountriesShows the ISO 3166-1 country list (alpha-2/alpha-3 code, currency, phone code, EU membership); country selection in forms reads from here, and a company can override the standard with its own row.
  • Administrative RegionsShows administrative regions country by country: provinces and districts in Türkiye, states and regions elsewhere (ISO 3166-2); the list opens with your company's country, and province/district fields in forms read from here.
  • BanksShows banks country by country with bank code, SWIFT and type; the list opens with your company's country, and other countries' official lists are imported from here. Bank selection in forms and bank lookup from IBAN read from here.

  • Tolerance LimitsSets the difference limits accepted when matching payments and invoices.
  • Status ProfileDefines the status profiles and status sequences of orders and documents.
