From style to store; colour, size and cutting in one plan.

Highlights

What can you do with Zenoheld Fashion?

01

Product development

Size charts, samples and style bills of materials; product development is tracked stage by stage.

02

Colour-size matrix

Variants are generated in bulk; orders, goods receipts and counts are entered in a matrix, and an assortment fills the cells from the number of packs.

03

Fabric rolls

Each roll is tracked with its width, weight per square metre, weight, dye lot and shade; stock is kept in metres and kilograms together.

04

Cutting room

Cut orders, marker plans, CAD import and cutting tickets; the rolls cut are assigned to the order and the cut is posted to stock.

05

Sewing line

Bundle cards and operation coupons; coupon scanning measures the minutes produced, line balancing plans the line and piece-rate pay goes to payroll.

06

Subcontracting and stores

Work going to and returning from subcontract workshops is tracked; seasons, store clusters and store allocation are in branch operations.

Sub-modules

Zenoheld Fashion: 6 sub-modules

This list is generated from the product itself; it grows as new functions are added to a sub-module. Master data and settings are the shared ground of every module and are not counted as sub-modules.

Styles

  • ProductsDefines material master data with all its views.
  • Size AssortmentsDefines a fixed quantity ratio between sizes (assortment / pack); in the matrix entry of document lines it is multiplied by the number of packs to fill in the quantities.
  • Style DevelopmentTakes new product ideas to launch with a stage-gate process: deliverables of the six stages (idea · scope · business case · development · testing · launch) are tracked, a weighted score is given at every gate with the company's criteria and the go · rework · hold · stop decision is recorded; net present value and payback period are calculated from the business case, and the stage funnel is followed on a kanban.
  • Operation BreakdownsDefines the product's production operation routing and times.
  • Size SpecsThe style's measurement points × sizes: sizes come from the variants, and «Grade» fills the other sizes with increments from the base size. The approved chart becomes the target for sample measurements; the chart is exported as a PDF.
  • SamplesRounds of proto, fit, size set, pre-production and colour approval samples. An incoming sample is measured against the size chart; points beyond the tolerance are flagged. The decision is approve, revise or reject — on revise, the next round opens automatically.
  • Style BOMsThe style's bill of materials broken down by colour and size: components are written once, and different quantities by size go on separate lines. «Transfer to Variants» creates or aligns each variant's bill of materials; the variant of a generic component in the same colour is picked automatically, and hand-entered bills are left untouched.

Cutting

  • Fabric RollsDisplays and updates the master data of existing batches.
  • Cut OrdersTurns the size breakdown of one colour of a style into cutting: marker plan (size ratio and plies), CAD marker report, spreading on rolls, cutting ticket; when the cut is posted, the spread fabric is deducted from stock and the cut quantities are written to the sizes; pieces are split into bundles, and bundle cards are printed with operation coupons.

Sewing

  • Bundle ScanningThe sewing operator's screen: the operator is selected and the bundle coupon is scanned — the operation's standard minutes × quantity are written as minutes produced, and the bundle enters sewing. Scanning a bundle card lists its operations; a wrong scan is undone.
  • Sewing ScansWho scanned which operation of which bundle, how many pieces and how many standard minutes. A wrong scan is undone and the bundle's status is recalculated.
  • Line BalancingDistributes a product's operations among the line's operators: stations are consecutive operations, a heavy operation is shared by several operators, and the bottleneck is minimised. Balance efficiency, units per shift, takt for the target quantity and the number of operators needed are calculated; operators are assigned to stations.

Manufacturing

  • Process OrderCreates production orders, plans and tracks their materials and operations; analyzes the order portfolio by status, completion and delay.
  • SubcontractingGives raw material to a subcontractor and tracks the order for the processed product.

Supply & Stock

  • Purchase OrderCreates and sends a formal purchase order to the supplier. An order confirmation or a proforma PDF/photo can be read with artificial intelligence and transferred to the form (+ New › Fill from Document).
  • Goods MovementRecords and lists goods receipt, goods issue and transfer movements. A delivery note PDF/photo can be read with AI and transferred to the goods receipt form (+ New › Fill from Document).
  • Current StockShows the CURRENT stock of a material broken down by plant, storage location, batch and stock type; its source is the FIFO layers. For a balance as of a cut-off date, use the Stock Balance as of Date screen.

Sales

  • Sales OrdersLists sales orders; tracks status and the shipment process. Third-party orders shipped directly from the supplier to the customer are in a section of the same screen.
