Meetings and agenda
Meeting plans, agenda items and minutes; decisions are recorded and followed up.
Board meetings, agendas and minutes, decision tracking, shareholders and share distribution, dividends, committees and the document archive in one app.
Roles: General manager and board
What is it, and why do you need it?
When board decisions stay in email and on signed paper, which decision was implemented, who declared a conflict of interest and how the dividend was distributed all have to be pieced together again at audit time.
The Board of Directors app plans meetings with their agenda, records minutes and decisions, and tracks follow-up on decisions. Conflict-of-interest declarations are kept in the TCC 393 register together with the voting record.
Scope: Runs board work such as meetings, decisions, shareholders and dividends.

Sub-modules
This list is generated from the product itself; it grows as new functions are added to a sub-module. Master data and settings are the shared ground of every module and are not counted as sub-modules.
On the same data
Modules are separate screens, but the data is one: a record entered in one module is never re-entered in another.
