1.Trial period
The trial is free for 15 days and no card is required, so nothing is charged at the end of the trial. You don't need to do anything to leave the trial. If you'd like your account deleted earlier, write to [General contact email].
2.Cancelling a subscription
The account administrator cancels the subscription within the product, from the Admin › Settings › Subscription & Billing screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then every application works in full. When the period ends, access to the account is closed.
After the account is closed, your data can be exported for 30 days. After that period, it is deleted or anonymised within 90 days at the latest.
3.Refunds
- No refund is made for the unused part of a period paid in advance (monthly or yearly).
- If an incorrect or duplicate charge is identified, the amount is refunded to the same card within 10 business days at the latest after it is identified. How long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.
- If your number of persons decreases, the new amount applies from the next period.
4.If payment fails
If the charge to your card fails, the subscription is suspended and you are notified by email. We retry the payment automatically over the following days.
- For the first 7 days your account stays fully open.
- It then becomes read-only: you can see and export your records, but you can't enter new ones.
- If payment cannot be collected within 30 days, the subscription is closed and collection stops. Your data is not deleted; you can restart the subscription.
When you update your card on the same screen, collection is retried immediately and the account returns to full access.
5.Restarting
A closed subscription can be restarted from the same screen. If your data is still within the retention period, you continue where you left off.
6.Right of withdrawal
Because the Service is offered for commercial and professional purposes, the right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502 does not apply. The free trial period is there for you to evaluate the Service before buying.
7.Payment institution
Payments are taken through the licensed payment institution iyzico (and Stripe outside Türkiye, where enabled). Your card details are entered only on the payment institution's secure form and stored in its systems; they never reach our servers.
